Durham, NC $50/hr on C2C IPv6 Network Testers - CISCO Firewalls/Security (ASA, IDS, IPS, VPN, SSL) Must have detailed level knowledge of IPv6 such as: - addressing - core services schema (including Domain Name Service (DNS)) - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) - employing IPv6 native, IPv6/IPv4 dual stack, and IPv4-only enclaves. - Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) and Certificate and Key Distribution Services - DNS schemas - Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP), - Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), - Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) - Multicast architecture - IPv6 RFC's Must have automation and scripting background using Perl, TCL or other scripting language. 15 to 25% travel on the east cost (Upstate NY, New Hamshire area) - Expertise in TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6 - Knowledge of IPv6 Best Practices, Testing and Migration - Knowledge of IPv6 implementations - native, dual-stack, tunneling etc - expertise in automation and scripting, tcl, perl or other scripting languages - familiarity with IPv6 industry forums - USG, IPv6ready, NIST, DoD - Excellent hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches and security devices - Strong experience with Network Testing Equipment such as IXIA, Smartbits or Spirent - Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. - experience in developing an IPv6 transition plan to effectively transition core network services and interfaces to an IPv6 Capable state. - Testing background with IPv6 - feature testing, functional testing, load testing, dual stack operational and performance testing/resolution, network systems testing, security testing. - experience with working with independent vendors, developing BOM's, and SOW's, providing test reports - experience with supporting tests, providing resolutions to issues - Hands on knowledge of LAYER 2,LAYER 3,IPV4,IPV6,VPN,L2VPN,MPLS,QOS,OSPF,BGP,RIP, EIGRP - Develop and execute detailed test plans in areas of: IPv6 testing, Switching/Routing - willing to travel to customer sites Jameel Ahmed Accounts Manager Techgene Solutions LLC (A Minority Certified Company) Phone : 972-580-0247 Ext 221 Alt : 214-257-0837 Ext 33 Fax : 972-692-5824 Mail : <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] URL : <http://www.techgene.com> www.techgene.com ---------------------------------------------------
