Business Consulting & Transformation (strategy). 2. Value Enhancement Services (project execution). 3. Service Delivery (application management). *2. Job Content* *Summary of Job Purpose:* To work with Clients to architect a “to-be” SAP based procurement solutions for their business transformation programmes. To develop appropriate Roadmaps to allow the “to-be” architecture to be realised. To support the combined Client / In-House project teams to enable successful delivery of business transformation programmes. * * *Key Accountabilities: (maximum of 10)* Please list the main responsibilities and key activities required by the job (below) *% of* *time* 1. *“As-Is”. *Understand the Client’s current SAP architecture and related components (“as-is” status). 2. *“To-be”. *Work with the Client and On-site and Off-Shore teams to define, analyze and design the “to-be” architecture for SAP and related components, evaluating options to determine the most appropriate for the Client. Recommend “best practices” for SAP component adoption and implementation techniques. Provide advice and guidance regarding the right “to-be” solution for the Client and to influence / form opinion within the Client such that agreement on the right “to-be” solution is reached. 3. *Roadmap. *Work with the Client and On-Site and Off-Shore teams to define, analyze and design an appropriate Roadmap to move from the “as-is” status to the “to-be” status. 4. *Execution. *Work as part of the Programme Team to ensure that each delivery project conforms to the defined Roadmap and SAP Architecture, adhering to processes and standards as defined by the Architecture team. The SAP Solution Architect will be required to input into relevant standards and processes. 5. *Liaison. *Work with Global SAP Centres of Excellence to bring skills, knowledge and experience as required to deliver the “to-be” architecture, Roadmap and programme delivery. The SAP Solution Architect is expected to act as the single point of on-site contact for the SAP Architecture, using the CoE’s as appropriate to bring depth of knowledge in the specific areas. * * *Job Requirements* *Key Competencies:* *Must Have* · Proven track record of delivering SAP solutions to large customers. Preferably career development / progression from SAP Functional Procurement Consultant. · Strong Procurement domain experience. · Delivered SAP projects whilst working for a consultancy firm · Strong relationship / stakeholder management skills. · Ability to influence decision making. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Nice to Have* · Experience in managing / delivering multi country implementations / rollouts involving SAP. · Experience / exposure of the on-site / off-shore delivery model. *Knowledge:* *Must Have* · Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement solutions including SRM (EPB / SuS / Contract Management) and MM. · Strong Procurement domain knowledge, for example, may previously have been a Procurement Manager / Procurement Director within Industry. *Nice to Have* · Strong knowledge of complimentary SAP procurement products, e.g. OpenText Vendor Invoice Management. · Strong knowledge of the Retail or Hospitality domains. *Experience:* *Must Have* · At least 8 SAP Procurement implementation projects. · Procurement domain based role (i.e. Procurement Manager, Procurement Director). · Worked for a recognised SAP Consulting Partner for a significant period of their career to date. *Nice to Have* · Experience / exposure to the Global (on-site / off-shore) delivery model *Qualifications:* *Must Have* · Relevant Degrees *Nice to Have* · Training & Certifications in SAP Procurement · Industry relevant certifications (i.e. CIPS) -- Recruiting GoAhead Consulting Limited www.goaheadconsulting.co.uk - No phone calls please - Please submit your updated resume for immediate interview. - *Please send your resume to hr (at) goaheadconsulting (dot) co (dot) uk* *Call us to more about our SAP Solutions.*
