Title: Siebel Architect (Code Reviewer-MRM & CRM)
Location: Warren, NJ
Duration: 6 plus months
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
1. Map business processes/requirements to Siebel product features, gap analysis, provide solution options as gap fitment
2. Establish Siebel best practice guidelines for the development teams and track adherence
3. Co-ordinate with enterprise architecture groups/infrastructure teams, understand established organization integration standards and technologies, to deliver Siebel application architecture solution with other enterprise applications
4. High level design approach for Siebel GUI flow mapping to business workflows
5. Co-ordinate with Oracle on expert services review, critical product defects/issues etc
6. Review and approval of extensions/data model changes to Siebel OOB data model as required for application development
7. Responsible for reviewing code delivery by onshore/offshore teams in accordance with design and best practices
8. Release, deployment planning and coordination
Required Skills
1. Enterprise Application Expertise: Siebel MRM Expertise (Primary), Siebel CRM Expertise (Secondary) preferably version 8
2. Excellent Siebel consulting experience
3. Experience in enterprise multi-phase Siebel rollout, strategic planning, CRM roadmap, enterprise application architecture - strategy & best practices, deployment and release planning
4. Experience in mapping business processes to Siebel modules/product features
5. Perform Gap analysis, Fitment and Solutioning
6. Expert on Siebel best practices - Configuration vs. Customization
7. Experience in high level design architecture - Siebel GUI flow, integration architecture, and data conversion strategy
