Title : Siebel Administrator
Location : Warren, NJ
Duration : 6 months Extendable
Rate : Open
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of setting up and maintenance of Siebel OLTP & OLAP infrastructure as required from development until deployment - Sandbox, Development, QA and Production
2. Performance tuning of application, coordination with enterprise DBA group for database tuning
3. Coordinate with Oracle on infrastructure sizing review
4. Work with other application infrastructure teams such as Middleware, ETL, hardware, enterprise securities etc for the Siebel project
5. Responsible for code & repository migration
6. Provide support/guidance to offshore Siebel Admin team that would provide infrastructure support during offshore hours
Required Experience:
1. Good understanding of Siebel OLTP and OLAP architecture
2. Experience in Siebel infrastructure setup - Gateway, Enterprise, Siebel Servers, Siebel Components, Siebel remote etc
3. Experience in Installation of OBIEE, Informatica and DAC for Siebel Analytics
4.Performance tuning of Siebel application, RDBMS knowledge from a Siebel perspective
5. Experience of working with Oracle on Siebel infrastructure sizing
6. Knowledge of enterprise security and authentication mechanisms
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
