The candidate will be a part of the Middleware Development and Support Team. The team needs to be extended to support the additional workload generated to support integration projects for the financial institution. The candidate, as a support analyst, will be responsible for assisting developers and other users to resolve production and development support queries. This includes monitoring the production environment to ensure sufficient capacity and performance – the candidate will be expected to recommend upgrades/improvements as a result of this production monitoring.
