1. Quality Assurance Engineer - Must have Selenium and JUnit experience.
Capable of taking ownership for testing one or more areas in a product. Can
take direction from a senior engineer. Has technical expertise in specific
product areas. Writes clear accurate bug reports. Can develop tests using
automation infrastructure and available scripting languages. Can work with
developers to debug complicated problems. Can deliver clear status for
testing areas on agreed upon time frames. Participates in the test planning
and product planning processes. Develops test cases and has a general
understanding of testing processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
* Develop Test Plans.
* Developing test cases.
* Developing automated tests.
* Executing tests and analyzing failures.
* Participate in weekly team meetings and coordinate activities with
dependent teams.
Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required.
Knowledge of how to use a revision control system (Git, Subversion, CVS).
Ability to read and write Java code. Previous experience with automated
testing tools. *Expertise in Selenium and/or JUnit required*. Demonstrated
skills in Middleware and/or application servers. Basic knowledge of database
usage and ability to write SQL. Demonstrated skills in Linux systems
administration. Excellent skills in reading and writing technical
documentation in English.
