Knowledge of the software testing process, tools and reporting and its integration with the software development life cycle Demonstrated experience in leading Quality Assurance efforts Experience with major system development and deployment projects including COTS and Web solutions Experience with various test levels (System, Integration, User Acceptance) and test types (functional, performance, regression, usability, etc.) Experience with Test Automation Tools for test planning, execution, and reporting Ability to work independently to plan and manage test activities Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
