Experience with .Net 3.5 (Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Framework). - Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills. - Strong knowledge of workflow based systems using WF. - Strong knowledge of WCF Web services, SOAP, WSDL, and XML. *Required Soft Skills:* - Should possess project management and organization skills to gain consensus among team members. - Excellent communication skills required; both verbal and written to a technical and business audience. - Strong customer orientation is required. - Should be results oriented.
