Review Gap Analysis IS Requests.
• Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to
business processes, policies, and application systems.
• Develop functional requirements/functional design documents for
enhancements.
• Obtain user approval of functional requirements documents.
• Obtain written understanding of development for functional requirements
documents.
• Obtain and communicate IS request estimates.
• Coordinate with requirements team lead, program manager and development
project lead to schedule IS requests.
• Support system and user testing.
• Track and resolve DPI Development defects from system and user testing.
• Track and resolve post implementation HEAT tickets.
• Attend DPI weekly team meetings.
• Attend testing meetings.
• Attend HEAT resolution meetings.
• Attend technical design reviews and ensure that all requirements are
addressed in the design.
• Validate new environments.
• Accountable for assigned deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues; escalate those that cannot be resolved.
Experience with: MS Office Suite, business and functional requirements
documentation and approval, customer care and billing functional area.
Previous gap resolution experience.
