Program Management

Duration 11 month

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay rate: $ 48 on W2 OR $55 on c2c

The primary responsibilities are: 1) Program Management of Process
Improvement of the Business Processes

 • Anticipate and proactively manage operational issues that will enable
more effective and efficient financial, operational, process and project
operations for the various teams.

 • Identify the need for, develop, communicate, and garner buy in for
establishing or modifying the business processes.

 • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance Team to create, track, and monitor
timely and accurate business unit operating and capital budgets as well as
the monthly budget forecasting and reporting.

 • Designs, implements and manages workflow to ensure human resources
allocations satisfy the short-term and long-term strategic goals of the
Group.

• Work closely with the leadership team to create, implement and sustain
processes and devise and deliver recurring management and communication
routines across the groups that enable the organization to strategically
prioritize projects and deliver on the organization's stated performance
goals.

• Participate on teams whose focus include operational troubleshooting for
the SVP and proactively drive the planning and execution of business
improvement initiatives.

• Translate auditor queries into Executive level reports and auditor
findings into actionable programs across the division



Establish quantifiable measures for tracking on all recommended changes in
the group’s business processes, focusing on acceptance and value add of
modifications



• For all initiatives, prepare and maintain program plans for initiatives,
including but not limited to:



o Establish a master plan framework for program tracking and control
including processes for management of the program via existing methodologies




o Translate program objectives to integrated plans, schedules and budgets
for the entire life cycle o Establish and manage stakeholder expectations
and revise plans and shift priorities, as needed and in conjunction with all
participating parties, to ensure successful completion of the program



o Provide leadership and direction for cross-group integrated teams by
communicating objectives, priorities, and direction, establishing planned,
regular, and effective communications, assisting with major decisions, and
building relationships with key executives and program personnel



Facilitate Operational Meetings



• Provide support for all strategic operational meetings that span the
division, including:



o Direct-Report Staff Meeting o Project-work intake o Headcount review



o Financial review o Steering Committee o All Manager’s Meeting o All Staff
Meeting o Strategic Planning



3 - Serve as Liaisons with Peer Organizations • Establish strong and
effective working relationships with all corporate services partners (HR,
Finance, Properties, etc.). • Establish strong and effective working
relationships with all business units, clients and partners.





*Qualifications (background, education, experience, and other requirements)*
The Program Manager must have exceptional problem solving and decision
making skills and must demonstrate the ability to use a logical, systematic
approach to problem solving. All candidates must demonstrate excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to maintain an
active relationship with employees and provide mentoring, motivating,
guiding and counseling as necessary. The candidate must have a
well-developed sense of strategy and timing as well as excellent verbal,
written, negotiation and presentation skills.



Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or
university. Master's degree is preferred.



• Requires 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience/technical
expertise in process improvement including managing multiple projects and
teams on large-scale programs and/or in an academic environment



• PMI certification, excellent program management skills and detailed
understanding of business operations integration issues



• Six Sigma training (Black Belt is preferred)



 • Requires 4 years demonstrated experience of managing cross-functional
teams



• Requires a proven ability to produce high levels of customer satisfaction
in a internal client-based, product support environment



• Requires basic functional industry knowledge including gaming industry
drivers, key players, trends, business processes, and third-party service
providers



 • Demonstrated leadership and team building experience



Other Skills and Abilities:



• Strong presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service skills; frequent strategic interactions with
high-level clients

• Knowledge of system hardware, network infrastructure, application
monitoring and automated testing procedures

• Experience using common software deliverables (e.g. use cases, data
models, design documents, technical requirements documents, etc.)

• Time and task management skills

• Ability to prepare resource and time estimates with a reasonable degree of
reliability
