Responsibilities: • Work closely with the User Experience/Design teams to turn designs into high fidelity HTML/CSS/JavaScript user experiences. • Work closely with Engineering to integrate those user experiences into running production Requirements: • Strong technical and analytical skills • Strong eye for detail and a strong focus on building out experiences that are pixel perfect. • Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members. • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience building high volume user experiences. • Knowledge of design tools. • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript targeting multiple browsers and operating systems (5+ years) • Experience developing HTML for mobile devices. • Knowledge of jQuery, Ruby on Rails, mySQL, and other related technologies definitively a plus. • Ability to tune HTML/CSS/JavaScript load performance would be desirable.
