*Duration: 12 Months with high probability of extension* * * *Location: Overland Park, KS* * * Looking for *Cisco ICM Developer* with following skills** * * *Location:* *Duration: 12 Months with high probability of extension* * * *Job Description:* · *ICM developer - 3-5 years experience as a Cisco ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) developer*. · *Knowledge & experience in ICM routing development; translation routes, building new queues, ICM configuration* and scripting, testing and validation. · *Must have ICM development experience, not just installation and upgrade experience for Cisco ICM.* · Experience working with various types of ACD switches. · Experience with Cisco internetworking technologies related to VOIP solutions such as Call Manager, IPCC, CVP. Experience in designing and developing CTI applications in ICM is a plus. · Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, C, C++ and Java is a plus.
