Description: 1. Provides production and pre-production support activities including but not limited to: 2. Running production day deployment and implementation activities for multiple projects. 3. Serving as a liaison and coordinator between development teams, business analysts, QA, internal stakeholders, vendors and the Production support organization. 4. Providing pre-production support to our customers to ensure their products are ready for production deployment and implementation. 5. Ensuring that all production and security standards and practices are adhered to. Reporting of all deviations from plan. 6. Creating and documenting production standards where none exist. Requirements: 1. Self-Starter that takes full ownership of tasks assigned, and strives to systematize. 2. Excellent communication skills including telephone and email. 3.
