Convert the Design into implementation following the best practices in coding. Ability to understand the functionality by looking into the code. Ability to write performance oriented code. Ability to analyze, suggest and invoke better coding/implementation strategies. Ability to understand enterprise architecture and design Ability to integrate code with existing functionalities.
