Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and design through to implementation and support. The developer will be part of a team responsible for modifying current applications as well as designing and developing new applications. * *Required skills/qualifications include: • BS in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience in the field • Minimum 2+ years programming experience with Defined Benefit systems preferably with the BEXL suite of tools • 2 years experience creating Defined Benefit Plan test cases • 2 years experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle is a plus • Thorough understanding of systems development methodology best practices.
