Position Title Oracle Workflow Consultant Primary Skill Oracle Applications Other Skills This resource will need to be able to travel to Israel as part of this work. Duration 3 -6 Months Position Type Contract Location Oakland, CA Description Description of Services: Contractor will support the lead for the following activities: • Definition of the requirements for the Oracle PR/PO Approval Workflow • The requirements will be based on the position hierarchies as defined on 2/1/2010 • Approval hierarchies will be provided from the client before the start of work and will be appropriately entered into the HR module by client. • Will create one workflow for the approval of purchase requisitions and one workflow for the approval of purchase orders based upon BSII?s position hierarchies • Will document the design and decisions for the Workflow implementation • Account generators for purchase requisitions and purchase orders (total of 2) will be configured to the client's requirements for BSII • Client will work with BSE to define and document test cases • CRP will include testing of the designed workflow using test cases to validate the design and configuration of the workflow with the core project team • UAT will incorporate key End-Users in the validation of the design and configuration of the workflow • Deployment of the workflows for approval of purchase requisitions and purchase orders to be utilized by Production users of the client's Oracle Environment Deliverables: Support HCC Project Manager for all required Deliverables.
