*QA tester (with ADP experience,** both automated and manual)* *Loc: Atlanta, GA* *Rate open* * * *If you find someone with ADP experience*. They will get an interview. 2 positions The QA tester will be mostly writing test plans and executing manual tests for the project. However after the initial functional test phase we may want to utiltize them to work on writing automation scripts using Mercury QTP. So manual testing and test planning is a must have and ability to write automation scripts a strong second requirement, but not an absolute must have. Experience with a testing an HR/Benefits application, especially Enterprise or one of the major ERP applications (PeopleSoft or Oracle HR/Benefits for example) is a big plus. I look for folks that are very detail oriented and that are comfortable proactively working to get questions answered/issues resolved immediately. Testers that are shy about speaking up or prefer to work with small groups of people don’t do very well on our team since we are an integrated application and work with over 15 different products within A on a regular basis. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* 1. Write and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on specifications and requirements. 2. Execute manual tests and identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the testing process. Enter, review and update software defects in defect tracking database. 3. Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts. 4. Perform other duties as assigned. *Qualifications * 1. 4 - 7+ years of software quality assurance experience. Experience developing software tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include *automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements.* 2. HR/Benefits software testing experience is a big plus! 3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or related engineering field or equivalent experience. 4. In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies. 5. 2+ years of hand-on experience with *Mercury Quality Center / QTP* with Business Process Testing automated test tool. Experience developing, executing and debugging automated test suites. 6. Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered. 8. High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. 9. *Experience with software defect tracking systems – Rational ClearQuest a plus* 10*.
