ROLE DESC Complete experience matrix and include 3 references. * MANDATORY EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES NOT MEETING ALL OF THE MANDATORY EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION 1. Microsoft Product knowledge including experience in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting applications and/or help desk support 3. Experience in conducting end user training. 4. Experience with software application installations. 5. Willingness to travel (up to 40% of time) in New York State with possible overnights. 6. Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Access applications. 7. Experience packaging, testing and implementing software releases. ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS Candidates must also have (3) of the preferred skilled sets listed below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential specifications below will not be considered for the position. 1. Experience with system support, including hands-on troubleshooting at desk-side, by phone and by remote control. 2. Experience in the support of laptop and desktop operating systems (Win2000/XP). 3. 1 year experience in using Microsoft Access. 4. Experience in conducting classroom training for applications. 5. Knowledge of TraCS (Traffic and Criminal Software) application or support of law enforcement or criminal justice applications. 6.
