Technical Background in BEA WebLogic 9.x, .NET, JAVA, SPML 2.0, XPRESS,
Struts 1.3 & 2.0
* **Qualifications*:
· Five years experience working with SUN Application Server 8.x,
SUN Access Manager 8.x, SUN Directory Server 6.x, SUN Web Server 7.x, and
SUN Identity Manager 7+
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related field
· *Technical Background in BEA WebLogic 9.x, .NET, JAVA, SPML 2.0,
XPRESS, Struts 1.3 & 2.0*
· *Proven experience with custom IDM forms and workflows*
· Experience using the Rational Unified Process methodology
· Demonstrated knowledge of core J2EE Design patterns
· Experience with Object Oriented Design (OOD)
· Experience participating in Joint Application Design (JAD) session
with business analysts and project representation in order to derive
requirements and design information
· Experience writing and reviewing technical design solutions,
standards, and policies.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and ever-changing
priorities effectively
· Understand and communicate knowledgeably about technical issues to
both business and technical staff.
