Must be capable of providing administrative and field support to the outside plant work forces. Background Requirements: Must have at least two years Outside Plant -Central Office / Wire Center Engineering experience to include; working with Delayed Orders (Copper and Fios DORs), design and project management of Greenfield Developments Copper / Fiber - Residential and Business New Growth), TLS and ICB projects, Billable Engineering processes, Permitting (FDOT, County, City), and experience with project managing multiple short and long term projects simultaneously. Applicants must also have experience with building work order packages to be routed to the field for construction. This experience should include task/cas coding of work orders, generating detailed work order narratives, creating and understanding critical work order milestone dates, and having the ability to work with other departments to ensure timely execution of work orders.
