Location: Plano, TX Duration: 4+ months Rate: Please quote your best Job Responsibilities: Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conduct a fit/gap analysis of the business requirements against delivered functionality, develop functional design, complete application configuration, manage scope and expectations of business unit participants as needed, conduct system test, and develop training material and job aids on a project by project basis. Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience. Assist in requirements capturing, design completion and implementation of the SAP Business Process Monitoring. Play a critical role in enhancing the operability of the SAP solution by ensuring effective monitoring, error handling, & maintenance of the SAP solutions. Required Skills Responsibility Position requires extensive depth and expertise in the SAP suite of products. Position requires holistic ability to understand the business process, functionality, and technology and cross-application integration of solution. Position requires highly developed problem solving capability in order to address current problems. Position also requires ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions in preventing them from impacting productive business processing. Client Management: Position requires a business, application and technical acumen to provide solutions that support the needs of the business. Position will require a well developed influencing and collaboration capability in order to bring people along, build consensus, and develop support for proposed solutions. Skills: 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation BS in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems or equivalent degree SAP Solution Manager Experience - preferably with Business Process Monitoring SAP implementation experience is a must. Hands on experience with ECC strongly desired. Experience with SRM, CRM, SCM, BI, EP, or SEM beneficial. TIBCO, Informatica, or XI experience would be a bonus. Understanding of Finance processes and the systems that support it. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. Strong facilitation skills.
