* * *Job Title: SAP Security* *Location: **Cincinnati**, OH*** *Duration: 12 Months* *Rates: DOE* *Note: Face to Face Interview Required* *Responsibilities*: The SAP Security Team Lead is responsible for maintaining design, building and support of the SAP Security solution to meet the business needs of the client. The Security landscape for the client includes SAP myERP2004 & Netweaver 2004 landscape, including ECC, SCM, EP, and GRC. *The SAP Security Team Lead will need to have a deep knowledge SAP ABAP Security* and be knowledgeable in Java Security as well. - Work with client team in preparation for upcoming Rollouts of SAP to users - Assess urgency of break-fix issues and requests - Use skill set to design, build, and test effective solutions to application and/or process defects - Work effectively across both technical and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve tickets - Develop other team member's skills, mentoring them to become better SAP security architects and better client consultants - Ensure workload is balanced across team members - Ensure sufficient application coverage during regular business hours, holidays, off-hours - Be a role model to others in the team (quality of solutions, customer focus, work/life balance, etc.) - Support/sponsor work/life balance - Identify areas for improvements in processes and system utilization.
