Location : Irwindale, CA Start Date : 02/22/2010 Duration : 12 Months Rate : $45.00/hr Job Description: * Conduct Gap Analysis and use the results to define and develop road map for performance improvement * Develop, establish, and maintain quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls based on past experience, industry best practices, and emerging trends for model based process improvements * Establish and manage process documentation repository and provide change management for changes to processes in the repository * Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting specifications, requirements, guidelines, and policies to assure process and product compliance * Interfaces with project personnel, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to review and establish product quality criteria * Mentor the project teams on the process improvement and project management practices * Design, develop and provide role based training to project teams * Facilitate the Senior Management in defining the Quality Objectives based on the business priorities and objectives * Ensure that the project measurement objective align with the organization*s quality objectives * Collect, validate and analyze measurement data from the projects * Present metrics analysis data to the relevant stakeholders * Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure programs maintain defined compliance levels and provide recommendations to improvements * Ensure non-conformances are properly reported, documented and corrected * Co-ordinate and facilitate Management Review Meetings and provide data to support decision making * Co-ordinate, facilitate and conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys to elicit feedback and use the results to continuously improve the processes * Contribute to Business Development activities by assisting in identifying potential opportunities and responding to proposals Qualification & Experience * BS in Engineering, Management and Computer Science or related curriculum * 4-7 years of experience in Project Management & Software Quality Assurance * Experience in spearheading quality initiatives in large & small organizations * Excellent knowledge in CMMI for Development V1.2, ISO 9001:2008, ITIL and Six sigma * PMP certification desired * Ability to work with Senior Management and advising them on performance improvement initiatives * Experience in leading and managing small teams * Ability to cater to multiple clients * Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) * Team player * Willingness to contribute to corporate initiatives Thanks and Regards Sri Ph: 248-522-6862 Fax: 248-538-8435 [email protected] Compusoft Integrated Solutions, Inc. <http://www.compusoft-is.com/>
