Minimum of 9 years of IT work experience focused in *Data Acquisition*and *Data Integration* using *Data Stage* for multi-terabyte Data warehouse in the area of *ETL design, implementation, scheduling*. In Depth Experience in *DB2*, *write SQL*, *stored procedures*, *tuning rogue ETL jobs*. Experience integrating the components of the following *DB2, SQL and Data Stage (ETL).* Experience in *Designing& Implementing ELT solution for multi-terabyte Data Warehouse and understand its impacts.* Experience working with *flat files, running ELT jobs concurrently.* Deep experience in *Data Acquisition and Data Integration* Deep experience in ETL development using *DataStage V7.5 or V8* Experience with *IBM AIX UNIX and DB2 * Anticipate and respond to customer needs; self starter and customer service oriented Works within the team to make appropriate, effective decisions related to project responsibilities and to initiate and follow-up on assigned tasks without supervision Types of Deliverables Produced Logical descriptions of the extract, transform, and load process ETL Detailed Design Input and output record layouts File/Directory naming conventions File/table sizing information File/table volume information File retention/archival information Documentation on how the data will be transformed ETL Performance Test Plan *Workflows* *Unit Test Documentation* *Accurate and efficient ETL process moved to production*** Skills: *Data modeling using Star Schema, snow flake schema.* *ETL (Data Stage is required)* *Unix shell scripting* is required.
