Hi, Title : Oracle Production Support Engineer Location : Reston, VA Duration : 4+ Months Description The Production Support Software Engineer will work with the Incident and Problem Management teams in Assessment Operations to act as Tier 1 and 2 support for the users of the client systems. Responsibilities include: * triage and diagnosis of issues in the production system. * working with Tier 3 support for issues which cannot be handled within Assessment Operations. * authoring SQL scripts to inspect and resolve system data issues * occasional extended hours support of the system * support of workgroup utilities for productivity enhancement coded in C# and Perl
