Requirement: Advanced level TIBCO BE and BW skills, both design and development Java and Object Oriented Programming background Strong knowledge of one source control tool, preferably Perforce. Interpretation and understanding of functional specifications. Good understanding of BE Concepts, Rules and Standard functions that may impact engine performance Assist designers in integrating TIBCO BusinessEvents with Message Oriented Middleware Writing technical design and build documents adhering to company standards. Team player, strong analysis skills Excellent problem solving skills, Ability to multitask Good presentation skills for product demos Strong analytical and logical skills the ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure environment.
