This person should be experienced in managing an infrastructure-related project that drives the migration to - and/or integration of - newly acquired systems from a recent corporate acquisition. Additionally, this person will define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success. *Requirements:* 1. Must have 5-10 yrs Project Management exp with specialization in Infrastructure projects requiring systems re-mapping and transition. *(NOT APPLICATIONS)* 2. *Must have Managed **NOTES TO EXHANGE MIGRATION*. * ANY KNOWLEDGE OF Binary Tree Migration or Quest Migration tool is HUGE PLUS 3. Must have prior exp: a. Managing project deadlines, b. Producing all deliverables, c. Managing to timelines & communicating project status 4. Strong Plus if certified in one or more of the following areas: a. PMP b. ITIL Certs 5. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risk & issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary 6. Monitor financial delivery and issue management processes, escalating issues and variances to budgets where necessary 7.
