Client is PineBridge Investments in the Financial District of NYC The opening is located in New York, NY. Client is seeking a Windows System Administrator/Engineer to handle project and support work. Must have 5+ years of experience with Windows XP/2000/2003/2008, Server Components - DHCP, WINS, DNS, Active Directory, AD Domain Controllers, Terminal Services, File and Print, Clusters, VMWare, Citrix Presentation Server/XenApps/XenDesktop. Must have the skills listed above as well as Microsoft SMS, MOM. Nice to have: Cisco routers/switches (IOS), Market Data Services - Bloomberg, Reuters, etc. Solaris 8-10, MSA/EVA storage 2003, VMWare ESX and infrastructure, HP Blades, NetApp.
Must have problem solving skills. Will be troubleshooting servers and associated networks. Specific issues regarding working environments: Will be required to work some Saturdays. Hours based on amount of call volume for that week.
