.         Overview:
The responsibilities of this position include the development of project
plans to manage the end-to-end project activities and execution. This person
should be experienced in managing an infrastructure-related project that
drives the migration to - and/or integration of - newly acquired systems
from a recent corporate acquisition. Additionally, this person will define
purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success.

Requirements:

.         1.       Must have 5-10 yrs Project Management exp with
specialization in Infrastructure projects requiring systems re-mapping and
transition. (NOT APPLICATIONS) 

.         2.       Must have Managed NOTES TO EXHANGE MIGRATION. * ANY
KNOWLEDGE OF Binary Tree Migration or Quest Migration tool is HUGE PLUS

.         3.       Must have prior exp:

.         a.        Managing project deadlines, 

.         b.       Producing all deliverables, 

.         c.        Managing to timelines & communicating project status 

.         4.       Strong Plus if certified in one or more of the following
areas: 

.         a.        PMP 

.         b.       ITIL Certs 

.         5.       Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress
and quality, managing risk & issue resolution process and taking corrective
action as necessary

.         6.       Monitor financial delivery and issue management
processes, escalating issues and variances to budgets where necessary 

.         7.       Identify and track all costs associated with the
deployment of both projects

.         8.    Biotech/Pharma experience  huge plus

HCM Ben Admin Expert - -Systems Configuration (Eligibility Rules, Event
Rules, Benefits Plans, Rates etc)

-          Experience with PeopleSoft eBenefits
-          Has extensive experience in On Demand and Open Enrollment
processing
-          Define business requirements
-          Develop test scripts and perform systems testing
-          Able to create reports using PS Query and/or SQL

Client is in the process of developing custom solution to allow employees to
enroll online in Benefits when they have Family Status changes, this would
be the primary project. 

In addition we have to review existing configuration to support this online
changes. 

We also have a potential project to combine all the leave plans into one PTO
plan which would be long term
