Skills: Required Skills Candidate must have a thorough understanding of Object Oriented Design and be a strong Java Programmer with exposure to any Design tool. Experience with Web Service implementation is a plus (Service Provider experience - not just consuming web services). Candidate must have extensive XML/XSL, DHTML, AJAX and advanced Java script experience.
