This resource is skilled at identifying, soliciting, and documenting testable and traceable project requirements. * This resource will align business and system requirements to the project goals and objectives. * This resource will also align the requirements to design elements, build plans, and test plans/test scripts. * The technical business analyst partners with the project manager, resource managers and appropriate clients to develop requirements used to guide the project scope, design, build, Test and implementation activities. * Project requirements developed by the technical business analyst will be used to determine delivery success and project completion.
