* * *Required Sr. Business Process Analyst *** Location : McLean, VA Duration : 6 months *Note: The candidate must have experience with process modeling, some meeting facilitation skills, and familiarity with BPMN. * * * Business Process Redesign team is responsible for the redesign of all business processes that will be affected by the business transformation initiative, Advantage. The team will interact will all workstreams and will be integrated into the teams to ensure that the business process work happens as part of the natural flow of the projects. Business Process team will provide expertise on the business process redesign and ensure that all parties impacted have an understanding of the effort and the benefits of business transformation. The candidate must have experience with process modeling, some meeting facilitation skills, and familiarity with BPMN. These process analysts will be assisting the BPR Reps. This person will be responsible for helping with meeting facilitation, note-taking, documenting flows from working sessions and entering them into Industry Print. They will also be expected to write process narratives, as well as understand data movement and document data requirements.
