Position  : Data Quality Database and ETL Developer
Location : New York, NY
Duration : 6 months plus
Rate        : DOE

NEED 10+ Years Profiles only

Informatica Consultant with Oracle 10g experience

MUST

5+ years experience with Oracle 10g above
2 years experience in Informatica PowerCenter 8.6.X or above.

Responsibilities

• Develop database entities (tables, views, stored procedures, packages, 
functions etc) needed by the Data Quality team
• Design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes
• Create functional and technical design documents
• Document all database and ETL related work in accordance with company 
standards
• Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation requirements
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune database and ETL processes
• Conduct Code Reviews of database entities developed by other team members 
Essential Background / Skills 
• 5+ years experience with Oracle 10g above
• At least 2 years experience in Informatica PowerCenter 8.6.X or above.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and optimization in Oracle 10g / 
11g.
• Experience in a Risk / Finance environment is essential, but this can be 
relaxed for candidates with exceptional technical skills.
• Any background in Java programming would be highly desirable
• Experience with Unix is desirable
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team and as an individual performer
• Ability to go the extra mile to meet customer expectations of quality and 
performance.
