Location        : Dallas TX or Kansas City, MO
Duration        : 6 plus months

Responsibilities:

33% DCS US Messaging Run Stabilization for the client
67% DCS US Messaging Project (Exchange Transformation to 2007 for 15,000 Exchange Accounts and 3,500 Blackberry Accounts) for the client


Specialized/Practical Knowledge
:
Looking for a Microsoft Windows/Messaging Engineer with experience in Implementing and supporting Exchange 2003/ 2007 environment. Microsoft Certification are desirable, but not mandatory.
Looking for Implementation and Support of Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES).
Desirable knowledge on Microsoft Office Communicator.
Needs to be able to follow, create or modify defined Work Instructions and Processes..

Management Skill:
Being able to assist with Project Management, and status reporting on Project.
Interaction:
Must possess a professional interaction with the customer, and other DCS team members.
Complexity/Problem Solving:
Will need to resolve EMail Messaging Support Problems with the customer base.
Will need to manage his/her portion of a Project Plan, and be able to make adjustments when the project scope changes.
