Required Health IT Architect



Location     : *Baltimore, MD*

Duration     : *6 Months*



*Description: *

Provide support for the expansion of the Health IT Program. Resource will
provide support for all phases of the project lifecycle, planning,
requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.



*Skills Requirements: *

§  Experience Unix operating system such as Sun Solaris 9

§  Experience with IBM MQ Series, Java Messaging Services (JMS)

§  Experience with Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) technologies such as
Java Server Pages (JSP) and servlets.

§  Experience with Web Services Invocation Framework (WSIF).

§  Experience with J2EE framework such as Core Java, EJB, JDBC, JMS, Struts,
etc.

§  Experience with Apache Axis 2.

§  Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)/ Object-Oriented Programming
(OOP) foundation, and Unified Modeling Language (UML)

§  Experience with Web Service technologies such as Simple Object Access
Protocol (SOAP), Web Service Definition Language (WSDL), WS-Security, Web
Services-Interoperability (WS-I), Message Transmission Optimization
Mechanism (MTOM), SWA

§  Experience with JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible
Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Security
Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and Transport
Layer Security (TLS)

§  Experience with ebXML

§  Experience with WebSphere, RAD

§  Experience with WebFOCUS

§  Experience with change management/version control

§  Experience with relational Databases such as DB2, Oracle, MySQL, SQL,
JDBC

§  Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Access
Control Markup Language (XACML) processing such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT,
etc.

§  Experience with full software development lifecycle.

§  IBM RequisitePro and understand Requirements Management methodologies.

§  Experience with Project administrative and technical management skills.

§  Experience with Hewlett-Packard Quality Center (QC)

§  Experience with test case and test scenario development.

§  Experience with unit, system, and validation testing.

§  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

§  Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.

§  Experience with health information technologies such as HL7, ICD9,
SNOMED, etc.

§  Familiar with CCD verification (excellent understanding of HL7 RIM and
CCD is essential).

§  Possess a working knowledge of health IT standards, including but not
limited to, Integrating the Health Enterprise (IHE) Infrastructure Profiles
such as Cross-Community Access (XCA), Cross Enterprise Document Sharing
(XDS), Patient Demographics Query( PDQ), Patient Identifier Cross
Referencing(PIX), External Data Representation (XDR), and those standards
adopted by Health Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP).



Possess a thorough knowledge of NHIN and CONNECT specification

§  Experience Unix operating system such as Sun Solaris 9

Services Invocation Framework(WSIF), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP),
Web Service Definition Language (WSDL), WS-Security, Web
Services-Interoperability (WS-I), Message Transmission

§  Optimization Mechanism (MTOM), SWA

§  Possess a working knowledge of health IT standards, including but not
limited to,
