MAINFRAME / UNIX TESTER * Mainframe experience (preferred) - Unix operating system (Move file manipulation in Unix, edit files in Unix (Then after CCB, better chance of rolling to other work) SUPER PLUS if someone had Ab initio experience OR if they have previous Cap One Bank experience No super strong test lead, becasuse it's going to be someone who can execute as well. Someone who can work with people over the phone. Work with another tester in a different location, to understand what he's testing. Get his test cases, take what he's testing in a word doc, and write really good test cases. Strong tester, with some test lead capability would be nice. Communication over the phone is crucial!!
