As a BA/UI Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, other UI designers, managers, and business analysts throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. If you are a critical thinker with good analysis and design skills, a technical background, an eye for simplifying, and you want to make a positive impact on new and existing products. Job Responsibilities: * Serves as liaison between engineering and business owners * Develops requirements and design specifications, and communicate system requirements between business owners, other business analysts, and development for the design and implementation of business solutions, using standard processes to create system requirements, users and system level use case analysis, and functional specification documents * Develop solutions which efficiently and effectively meet business owner needs, customer needs, and are flexible to work with future change * Participates in requirements validation and prioritization * Responsible for the analysis and document of multiple client business needs and system requirements * Develops relationship with business owners by being proactive, displaying a high degree of knowledge of business process and providing innovative business solutions * Adheres to formal modeling and documentation techniques and standards * Produces accurate analysis estimates * Experience working with and leading UI designers to create wireframes based on user-centered design principles * Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products features. * Define and create site structure, interaction flows, information architecture, and conceptual models * Define use cases and user "personas"; perform user and task analysis * Ensure that the site has a consistent look and feel, and that the visual design supports site functionality * Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Ensure that the products are the easiest-to-use, most-intuitive products in the market. * Brainstorm and refine interface concepts with Business Analysts, other UI designers, and Engineers to maintain award-winning product Thanks and Regards Farha Sabaff Consulting Inc E-mail: [email protected] www.sabaffconsulting.com
