*Description:*

·        Job Summary Identifies and communicates problems and recommends
constructive solutions and actions.

·        Additional leadership responsibilities may be required depending
upon the experience of the individual.

·        Additional responsibilities may include developing or assisting in
developing work plans and estimates for information systems projects.

·        Ensuring adherence to standards relative to the technical aspects
of assigned projects.

·        Areas of technical guidance may include, but are not limited to
current operating standards, development methodologies, documentation
standards, programming languages, estimating work effort, and adherence to
work plans.

·        Researches, analyzes, and documents selected elements of assigned
information systems projects at a level that is appropriate based on skills
of individual.

·        Designs, tests, and codes computer programs and prepares them for
complete operational status.

·        Aids in the preparation of user procedures and conducts training
and implementation sessions.

·        Prepares test data, schedules, and conversion procedures, and tests
the operation of computer systems.

·        Evaluates and estimates requested program modifications.

·        Reports status and progress of assigned projects to management.
