Title : SharePoint Business Analyst Location : LongIsland City, NY Length : 6 Months+ One of our Direct Clients is looking for a SharePoint Business Analyst. The Job description is as follows: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities: 1. Work with Business Partners to gather requirements 2. Provide support to users of SharePoint 3. Participate and contribute to Platform Governance model 4. Work with Technical Team to clarify requirements 5. Hold training classes on SharePoint 6. Provide strong technical knowledge and feedback on SharePoint usage 7. Presentation skills required! 8. Work on multiple projects simultaneously 9.
