Need senior level candidates seeking a candidate with seven or more years of experience developing and administering BMC Remedy. *Required Skills* • Remedy ARS 7.1 (7.5 preferred) • ITSM 7.0 (7.6 preferred), including incident, change, asset and problem • Atrium CMDB 2.1 (7.7 preferred), including class management, federation management, and reconciliation management • Atrium Integration Engine • Web Services • Integrations with multiple systems (knowledge of PERL and XML preferred) • E-mail engine - Creating and updating tickets via incoming emails, creating HTML email templates for outgoing Remedy emails • Reporting with Business Objects & BMC Analytics (knowledge of SQL preferred) An understanding of how to streamline the Remedy interface is desirable.
