Project Description:

- Change Management planning and execution of involvement activities,
communications and training.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft Tools such as
OCS and Office 2007.
- Ability to develop and analyze the results of surveys, individual and
group interviews and focus groups.

- Emphasis on Organizational Change Management.
- Plan, develop and execute Organizational Change Management and
communication strategies to effectively manage expectations, promote
positive adoption of collaboration services and drive cultural change across
client and with external stakeholders.
- Identify potential barriers for organizational and procedural changes that
may impact the success of the project.
- Act as liaison to IM, HR, GL&D, project sponsors and other key
stakeholders.
-Interfaces with project sponsors, service provider partners, service
managers, and other key stakeholders to define scope of work, resolve issues
and drive decision-making.
-Manage change team members to execute change plan.
-Create and manage a comprehensive project plan to deliver desired outcomes
and objectives.
- Plan and manage change team project meetings (agendas, meeting minutes and
project plan).
-Create stakeholder plan and manage progress to deliver desired
results/outcomes.
-Identify training needs and if training exists or needs to be created.
-Ensure appropriate training strategies are created and executed to
effectively train on systems and/or processes changes to promote positive
change across affected business and external business partners.
-Create change plan (communications, training, etc.) including timing,
method, key messages, user groups and communication sender.
-Compile, create, and format slide presentations and other communication
vehicles tailored to the global client and external audiences.
-Manage communication review and approval process to meet communication plan
deadlines.



Required Skills:  Organizational Change Management, Microsoft SharePoint,
Microsoft Tools – OCS and Office 2007.
