Required Database Administrator Location *: Eagan, MN * Duration *: 8 Month* * * * * ***MUST BE US CITIZEN***** * * * * * * *Requirement & Job Description :** * § Responsible day to day administration of computerized databases. § Responsible for quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. § Works with users to resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage. § Maintains corporate data dictionary. Reports to the Database Manager/Administrator. § This is the entry level position, requiring technical training. § Typically requires knowledge of UNIX, 3000-5000 processor platforms, NT, Oracle.; § Must have Teradata experience § Should Performed DBA functions (creating tables, granting permissions, managing workloads, monitoring the system for performance, identifying and resolving problems) on a large Teradata database. § Experience with TMSM and Viewpoint is preferable. § Will work in a very structured team that has very defined processes for the promotion of code.
