Sr. Lead Microsoft .NET Developer (heavy SQL 2005 experience) Lottery Central Lansing, Michigan 1 year Open Skills Required: Ø Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or any other relevant certification acceptable. Ø Minimum of a bachelors degree in a technical field such as information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, etc. Ø The successful candidate must have experience in successfully leading development teams in an agile environment. Ø Knowledge and experience in gaming systems preferred. Ø Five years experience in management, supervisory, or team leadership Ø Two years knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Team Foundation environment to develop products in the .NET 3.5 Framework. (e.g., Common Language Runtime environment, base and extended class libraries, application security, role-based security, code access security, memory and file management, process and thread management, XML web services, Visual Studio 2008). Ø Two years expert knowledge and experience of .NET Framework version 3.5 Ø Five years experience in C# and VB.NET. Ø Two years experience in Web application development, including web services and other components of Service Oriented Architecture. Ø Two years experience in XML, including schemas and standards. Ø Three years experience in SQL Server 2005 database software and DBMS technologies. In addition, the selected candidate must understand principles of database tuning and transaction performance improvement. Ø Five years experience of object oriented programming using concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, binding, etc. Ø Three years experience that demonstrates a successful enterprise-level .NET 3.5 system implementation with an emphasis on best practices.
