·        *10+ years of work related experience - including 5+ years of
technology business analysis experience,* requirements development and
software development in an Enterprise or Software Product development
environment.

·        Experience in Mobile Commerce / E-commerce requirement development

·        Proven experience working with technical resources to drive process
for gathering business requirements and translating to technical
requirements.

·        Ability to navigate a developing environment to gain role clarity
and provide process improvement.

·        Experience and great communicative skills in a dynamic environment
to work with users to gather and work through requirements in a very timely
and productive manner.

·        Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.

·        Collaborative/consultative - able to be involved and/or drive
meetings with all levels for discussions.

·        Positive relationship skills - professional, team player and
positive attitude.

·        Prioritization and time-line skills.

·        Troubleshooting and problem solving.

·        Flexibility - solid, fast paced and evolving in a dynamic
environment.

·        Self-directive - independent problem-solving skills and knows when
to ask questions or for help.
