Role: Oracle Financial Func Consultant (Must have production support exp) Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: 8 months+ Bill Rate: $ competetive per hour on C2C Req details: · Responsible for global Customer Service, including end- user support and education and issue troubleshooting and resolution for all users of the Client’s Global Integrated Financial Solution (GIFS) finance, procurement and reporting applications. Applications software utilized in GIFS includes Oracle Financials (PO, AP, FA, and GL), Oracle Financial Analyzer, iProcurement, iExpense, Discoverer with Noetix Views, 170 Markview System, and Vista Plus online report distribution. · Liaise with internal business (such as finance, sourcing, internal audit) and IT groups (such as database administration, infrastructure support, development) in performing support and troubleshooting activities. · Interface with external software vendors for product issue troubleshooting and resolution; initiating Oracle Service Requests (SR’s) as necessary, as well as SRs with other 3rd Party Vendors. · Adhere to defined support policies, procedures, and service levels. · Provide support to strategic initiatives as assigned including, but not limited to system configuration, testing of applications and process enhancements, upgrades and new solutions, ensuring sound knowledge transfer to assume post-implementation support role. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems or equivalent work experience. · 1-3 years experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite Financial Applications (including knowledge of underlying table structure) implementation and/or support including application administration, configuration and problem resolution. · Strong Customer Focus, Relationship Management skills, Learning Agility, Execution Skills, and Professional/Technical expertise in specific areas of responsibility as noted above. · Preferred: Experience in International finance or procurement operations environment with understanding of currency exchange and translation concepts Regards Mohan Rao Direct:(630)2423952 ext 217 website: www.agilees.com
