A candidate with strong experience building commercial software with the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework is preferable. However, candidates with strong development skills and in interest in mobile development skills will be considered. Developers currently use VB.NET for code implementation. *Technical Skills (Required):* * Minimum five (5) years software development experience with at least two (2) years developing using Microsoft .NET * Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and the Microsoft .NET Framework * Excellent knowledge of using relational databases and writing SQL * Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and able to implement components independently by following best practices and coding standards * Strong familiarity with Software Configuration Management, Defect Tracking, Code Reviews and other software engineering tools and processes * Strong ability to document software components using standard software engineering documents and diagrams * Familiarity with Windows Mobile and Microsoft .NET Compact Framework * Familiarity with Design Patterns and Refactoring *Technical Skills (Pluses): * * Experience developing software with the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework using either VB.NET or C# * Experience developing with peripherals including GPS, Bluetooth, 802.11x, GPRS / EDGE / 1xRTT / EVDO, Printers * Experience working with a mobile database such as SQL Server CE/Mobile, Oracle Lite, or Ultralite *Business Skills (Required): * * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Ability to understand business process and workflows and translate into software * Ability to multi-task * Strong attention to detail * Experience with WCF services in C# preferred * Knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server is preferred *Have you consulted with your candidate on above requirement?* *Candidate Full Name (First Middle Initial. & Last Name ):* *Candidate Current location:* *Direct contact details: * *Candidate Email Id:* *Candidate Last 4 digits of SSN: * *Hourly Rate: * *Availability:* *Education: Months and years must be on the resume.
