Job Title : PeopleSoft Technical Consultant Location : Boston,MA Duration : 12+Months contract Required: Qualifications: *Demonstrates strong skills in issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management. *Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Bachelor's degree from an accredited university *7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience *7+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules *3+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit *5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules. *Experience with data & business process standardization. *Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management. *Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred: *Demonstrates excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills *Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio) *Experience managing in political environments and ability to interact with executives as well as individual contributors. *Willing to travel 100% and Open to Relocation.
