*Role: EDI Business Analyst* *Location: TX* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Below is the JD:* · Provide overall coordination and support the internal Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) objectives and tasks. Support the various business processes leveraging various industry standard and implementation procedures. · Mapping and analyzing EDI, XML – typically the standard and non-standard data formats / transactions. · Gathering and documenting requirements à Data definitions for translations using source to target mapping concept. Interpret and document the EDI processes. · Communicates and coordinates activities with service providers, vendors, customers and business partners for EDI projects · Initiates and coordinates new EDI processes such as acquiring trading partner agreements, guides and other testing specifications and requirements. · Assist in functional, Unit and integration testing with the service provider for data validation and data transfer · Good Communication skills - Since this involves mostly front-ending tasks. · Knowledge of Freight Forwarding/Logistics Domain and various EDI transaction sets involved in process · Knowledge of any EDI mapping tool -- Regards, Santosh (609)-945-3178 Ezen Computer Services Inc.,
