Job Description:
*Performing Monitoring, Administration, Maintenance and trouble shooting Cisco IP telephony Products *Excellent Knowledge of Cisco Call manager, Cisco Communication manager, Cisco Unity Voice Mail and related technologies
*Understand and analyze Voice Protocols like PRI-ISDN, E1-T1, IPLC, IVR Scripting, Dialer Campaigns, Skill-based routing etc
*Performing IMACs, Problem managemnt, Asset Management and Infra life cycle management of Voice infrastructure
*Able to implementing and test solutions for Voice Technology
*Experience in managing and trouble shooting Cisco IPT devices.
*Knowledge on SIP , H323 Protocals
*Experience in managing and troubleshooting Video and IP Video protocals.
*Experience in working on Polycom Video and Gateway Devices will be preffered
*Good English Communication Skills
*ITIL Framework awareness.
