*Oracle data warehouse Consultant*** * * *Local Candidates highly preferred*** * * *Minneapolis, MN* *3+months Contract and like extentable for 12 months* * * * * *Detailed Description of Job Responsibilities (Tasks & Deliverables):* * * *Work with syndicated and internal data to integrate into internal oraclewarehouse. * *Reengineer dimension table and work on splitting up the process for better control and efficiency. * *Add hierarchy levels and aggregates to data mart for reporting. * *Performance tuning of large scale loads – leverage 11.x concepts** to enhance productivity of environment, currently in 10.2 environment* *Change structures as needed to enable growth in the applications.* *Create routines to audit and stabilize the environment* *Create and document technical design and specs* * * *Mandatory Experience:* * * *Oracle data warehouse expertise – materialized views, partitioning. Oracle 10.2 mandatory; 11.X a real nice to have* *ETL work with Oracle* *Oracle tuning in warehouse environment* *Work with aggregates, hierarchies and tuning in a reporting environment.* *Data modeling – Erwin a plus)* *Nielsen Nitro experience a real bonus* *Business Objects universe design a nice to have*
